Job Summary
Our client is a leading supplier of chemicals, solvents, petrochemicals and other chemical products to improve products and lives. They are looking to hire a Sales Representative who will be responsible for selling a variety of chemicals to be used in different industries.
Location
Dar es salaam, Tanzania
Responsibility.
- Sell a variety of chemicals to be used in different industries and in applied the making of foam, specialty chemicals, paint, lubricants, packaging, construction chemicals, pharmaceuticals, polymers and printing inks.
- Service existing accounts, while prospecting for new industrial customers accounts to increase market penetration in the defined market.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandizing techniques.
- Forecast sales to enable operations planning, introduce product innovations and maintain active memberships.
- Responsible for meeting KPI’s as set by the company
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualifications
- Relevant sales experience chemicals & solvents
- Documented history of consistent at or above target performance
- Must be able to travel within the territory
