Enterprise Account Manager
Job Summary
Our client is an ICT integrator that provides both Enterprise & Infrastructure solutions. They are looking to hire an Enterprise Account Manager who will be responsible for selling a variety of solutions and products ranging from Application Servers, Storage & Data Centre Solutions, Converged Communication, Cyber Security Solutions as well as Turnkey Software Projects to both corporate and government clients.
Location
Nairobi, Kenya
Responsibility.
- To set up and manage sales delivery of Enterprise & Infrastructure solutions for clients in Kenya targeting Enterprise accounts.
- Accountable for the day to day running of all client accounts you own, ensuring a measurable plan is in place for successful account delivery. The role involves building strong long term relationships with clients with regular visits to their offices for reviews.
- Service existing accounts, while prospecting for new industrial customer accounts to increase market penetration in the defined market.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques.
- Forecast sales to enable operations planning, introduce product innovations and maintain active memberships.
- Responsible for meeting KPI’s as set by the company
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualifications
- Documented history of consistent at or above target performance
- Must be able to travel within the territory
